The system was designed with the field user in mind. Our system has been tested and refined with input from the Oil & Gas, Heavy Construction and Forest Industries. This system is currently used with independent consultants and some of the largest heavy construction players in Western Canada.

User access, restrictions and creation are completed by your account administrator – You control who has access to the system. Restrict users to only Field Ticket creation or allow them to manage the form tracking and invoicing process. You decide and control the level of involvement of each employee.

The system retains copies of all completed field tickets ready for retrieval, emailing, printing or invoicing. Never be more than 3 clicks away from any field ticket again. Easily email the field ticket to clients anywhere you have access to the internet.

Company administrator can preload all of the client address information, negotiated fuel surcharges, company equipment list and operator / user data which makes filling in the Field Tickets correct every time. Field tickets can be effectively filled out in less than 1 minute correctly the first time and every time.

Fieldtik was designed to reduce, if not eliminate the paper trail. We have integrated the Topaz LCD electronic signature pads into Fieldtik. You can create legally binding signatures in the field that will be applied directly on to the field tickets for authorization. No chasing down consultants anymore, do it in real time.

Fieldtik takes security seriously. We have enabled SSL encryption for all accounts in the Fieldtik system regardless of your package.
